My husband and I spent part of our 1st anniversary on Cape Breton Island. A highlight of the trip for us was driving the Cabot Trail. The space where mountains and ocean meet is my favorite place to be, and the Cabot Trail was no exception! Inspired by another artist, I challenged myself to paint this entire painting with a plastic library card. It was so fun to experiment with a different tool and play with texture.
